Terms and Conditions for Registration and Use of ServicesWelcome to Jana Kalyan Swastha Sewa. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our registration system and services as a Doctor, Lab, or Swastasewak.
By registering and using our platform, you agree to the following terms:
1. Data Collection and Usage
You consent to the collection of your personal information, including but not limited to name, address, phone number, email, age, and registration details for the purpose of service administration and identity verification
  Patient information is confidential and must only be used for service-related tasks.

 Patient information shared or uploaded to our system is confidential and should only be used for service-related activities. Misuse or unauthorized sharing of patient data is strictly prohibited.


We reserve the right to store, analyze, and use collected data for statistical and operational purposes. Data will be handled with industry-standard security practices.
2. Responsibility and Liability
Jana Kalyan Swastha Sewa and its administrators shall not be held liable for any misuse, unauthorized access, data breach, or damage resulting from your access or misuse of the platform.

All registered users (Doctors, Labs, Swastasewaks) are fully responsible for the accuracy and safety of the data they upload or access. You must not engage in any activity that compromises data privacy or violates ethical or legal standards.

In the event of any legal or data-related issues, Jana Kalyan Swastha Sewa shall not be held accountable. The individual account holder bears full legal responsibility for their actions.
3. Account Security

Any activity under your account will be considered your responsibility unless you immediately report unauthorized access.
